UI UX Mentor/Trainer

As a UI/UX Mentor/Trainer at Engineer Sahab Education in Indore, you will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring our UX/UI learners to help them enhance their skills and advance in their careers. Working closely with the design team, you will provide valuable guidance, support, and feedback on design processes and best practices. Your responsibilities will also include conducting training sessions to ensure that our team stays updated with the latest design trends and technologies. Your primary responsibilities will involve providing guidance and constructive feedback to designers, helping them identify areas for improvement in their work, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. You will be responsible for teaching fundamental design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout, as well as UX principles such as usability, user research, and information architecture. Additionally, you will assist designers in developing new skills by introducing them to innovative techniques and tools, and providing opportunities for practice and experimentation. Moreover, you will collaborate with designers to set realistic career goals and milestones, and work alongside them to achieve these objectives. By encouraging designers to think creatively and explore new ideas while guiding them towards practical and feasible solutions, you will help nurture their potential and facilitate their professional development. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong background in Wireframing and Prototyping for both web and mobile applications. Proficiency in UX methodologies, as well as experience in designing UI for web and mobile platforms, is essential. Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities are key attributes required for this role. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator will be advantageous.
