UI UX / Graphic Designer

As a Designer + Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and high-quality video content that strengthen the companys brand identity and support its marketing initiatives. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, strong visual communication skills, and the ability to bring ideas to life through both static and motion content. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to produce digital-first assets for social media, ads, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop designs and videos that align with the company’s brand guidelines.
• Maintain consistency across all visual content, including colors, typography, layout, and tone.
• Assist in enhancing the brand’s visual communication style.
• Create social media posts and other marketing creatives.
• Design clean, engaging layouts that effectively communicate the brand’s message.
• Adapt and resize creatives for various platforms and formats.
• Create short-form and long-form videos for social media, product showcases, explainers, and brand campaigns.
• Add transitions, effects, music, text overlays, and color corrections to produce professional-quality videos.
• Deliver graphics and videos within deadlines while maintaining high quality.
• Contribute fresh design + video concepts.
• Work closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to understand requirements.
• Stay updated with modern design trends, social media aesthetics, and video editing techniques.
• Learn new tools and workflows to enhance productivity and creative output.
• Apply feedback constructively and revise visuals to meet campaign and brand objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.
• Proven experience in both graphic design and video editing (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of sound design is a plus.
