The UI/UX Developer will be responsible for translating high-fidelity design prototypes into clean, responsive, and maintainable front-end code. You will collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure the user interface remains fast, accessible, and optimized across all devices.

Key Responsibilities

Translate Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD prototypes into high-quality HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Implement responsive and mobile-first designs using utility-first frameworks like Tailwind CSS, or established systems like Bootstrap.
Work with backend teams to consume APIs efficiently and optimize the render pipeline for fast page loads and reduced latency.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and Section 508 / WCAG accessibility compliance.
Contribute to the component library and maintain design system documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience with UI/UX development and front-end architecture.
Expertise in design tools, specifically Figma, for extracting assets and specifications.
Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Deep knowledge of CSS utility frameworks (Tailwind CSS) or component libraries (Bootstrap).
Experience optimizing front-end performance, focusing on bundle size, image loading, and asset delivery.

Preferred Skills

Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Svelte).
Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation (SSG) for improved SEO and performance.
Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, Zustand).
A strong portfolio de strating complex, responsive UI implementations.
