OPmobility is a world-leading provider of innovative solutions for a unique, safer and more sustainable mobility experience Innovation-driven since its creation, the Group develops and produces intelligent exterior systems, customized complex modules, lighting systems, clean energy systems and electrification solutions for all mobility companies With a ?114 billion economic revenue in 2023, a global network of 152 plants and 40 R&D centers, OPmobility relies on its 40,300 employees to meet the challenges of transforming mobility, Our ambitionProvide automakers with cutting-edge equipment and solutions to develop tomorrows clean and connected car, Reporting to the Global IS Practice Manager Digital Solutions, the UX/UI Designer is responsible to: Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look Create original graphic designs (, images, sketches, and tables) Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (, responsiveness) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and usability testing Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies and external data sources using Power Automate and connectors, Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, Document application components, configurations, and best practices, Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks Customer satisfaction on projects Required Profile And Experience At least 3 years plus digital development experience in UI/UX Strong analytical and problem-solving skills HTML/CSS/JavaScript for rapid prototyping Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Visio, and project management tools (, JIRA, Confluence, Trello), Knowledge of Microsoft producrs ( PwerApps & SharePoints) Agile squad management Agile product delivery Ability to prioritize and stay focused in a fast-paced environment Fluent English, Hands-on, action-oriented As a responsible company, OPmobility pays particular attention to diversity and equality within its teams and the Group commits to treat all job applications equally,
