Job Title: UI / UX Designer

We’re looking for a versatile UX/UI Designer who can move effortlessly between deep user research and pixel-perfect design. You’ll be shaping intuitive, beautiful, and user-centered experiences for digital products that empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across India.
Our ecosystem spans both B2C and B2B solutions, including platforms that help MSMEs with compliance, credit access, and business growth. If you’re equally excited about listening to users, crafting elegant solutions, and collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
UX Research
- Plan and run end-to-end research — from generative studies to usability testing.
- Conduct usability tests, field studies, interviews, diary studies, ethnography, and surveys with MSME users and other stakeholders.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define research priorities that align with MSME needs.
- Prepare research materials: proposals, screeners, guides, recruitment plans.
- Moderate sessions, analyze qualitative/quantitative data, and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Create engaging research reports that tell a story, not just share findings.
- Manage research vendors where required.
UI/UX Design
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma (Adobe XD/Sketch a plus).
- Translate requirements and research insights into intuitive, visually consistent designs for MSME-focused digital tools.
- Build and maintain design systems and UI libraries for product consistency.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and stakeholder input.
- Ensure designs follow user-centered principles and accessibility standards.
- (Nice to have) Basic HTML/CSS awareness for smoother developer handoffs.
Skills & Tools:
Core:
- Figma (primary), Adobe XD, Sketch
- UserZoom, UserTesting, Lookback, Dovetail (nice to have)
- Jira, InVision, Zeplin
- HTML/CSS awareness (nice to have)
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of quantitative research methods
- Prior experience in designing for MSMEs or similar B2B domains
- Remote research methodology exposure
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years combined experience in UX research and UI/UX design.- Proven ability to conduct qualitative research and apply findings to product design.
- Experience across both B2B and B2C digital ecosystems, ideally with MSME audiences.
- Strong grasp of UX principles, usability heuristics, and design thinking.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to take a project from concept to delivery independently.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, agile product environments.
