UI-UX Designer

Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer at Blacksof, you will play a crucial role in designing and enhancing the user experience across digital products. Your primary responsibility will be to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that meet the needs of the target audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, develop user flows, and ensure the implementation of designs with developers. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with project coordinator, developers, and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX designs. - Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform the design process, focusing on user needs and preferences. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using industry-standard tools, considering usability, accessibility, and overall user experience. - Develop user flows, navigation systems, and interaction models for a seamless user experience. - Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and market trends, ensuring timely delivery of design assets. - Work closely with developers to guide the implementation of designs and maintain design standards across platforms. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to improve the overall user experience. Qualifications: - Master's in Design in UI-UX. - Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, including user-centered design principles, visual design skills, and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) or Sketch, as well as prototyping tools like InVision or Figma. - Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing. - Knowledge of responsive design principles and ability to create designs optimized for different devices and screen sizes. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions effectively. - Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. - Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.,
