Job Description

Role & responsibilities : User Research : Conducting research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Wireframing & Prototyping : Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts. User Interface Design : Designing intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for websites or apps. User Experience Design : Ensuring smooth and seamless user interactions through the product. Usability Testing : Testing designs with real users and iterating based on feedback. Collaboration : Working with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design aligns with business goals. Design System Creation : Developing and maintaining a consistent design system for the product. Preferred candidate profile : Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision for wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity designs. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus. Ability to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Strong skills in creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows. Experience with prototyping tools like Marvel, Axure, or Figma. Strong analytical skills to identify problems and provide creative design solutions. Ability to balance user needs with business goals. Perks and benefits
