Role & responsibilities : The General Manager (GM) will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an apartment complex or multiple properties, ensuring that all operational, financial, and customer service goals are met. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships. Report on project progress, risks, and issues to upper management. Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
