UI SENIOR DEVELOPER / LEAD

As a Senior UI Developer / Lead, your role will involve understanding user briefs and transforming them into user-friendly interfaces. You will collaborate closely with users in an iterative/agile approach to enhance prototypes efficiently. Your responsibilities will encompass all stages of visual design from concept to final implementation, including presenting and defending designs and key deliverables. It is crucial for you to establish and advocate design guidelines, best practices, and standards, along with possessing a conceptual grasp of User Interface Design and the Design Process. To thrive in this position, you must possess exceptional time-management, multitasking, and communication skills. Managing multiple projects concurrently while effectively cooperating with the team is essential. A comprehensive understanding of modern user-centered design methodologies is a prerequisite for this role. The ideal candidate should have expertise in UI/UX designs, proficiency in JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, and Bootstrap, familiarity with UI frameworks like Knockout, React, or similar tools, and knowledge of d3.js. Additionally, familiarity with C#, asp.net MVC, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) is necessary. Basic knowledge of TFS is advantageous. Desired skills and experience include a strong portfolio showcasing design proficiency, a keen eye for aesthetics encompassing layout, grid systems, color theory, and typography, as well as an awareness of web and mobile constraints with innovative ideas to push boundaries. Formal education in interaction design (Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma) is viewed favorably.
