UI PATH Automation Developer

As a UI PATH Automation Developer at FIS, you will have the opportunity to design and implement RPA solutions to automate critical financial processes, driving efficiency and compliance. Your responsibilities will include developing RPA workflows using UiPath to automate repetitive financial processes like data reconciliation, transaction processing, or compliance checks. You will collaborate with business analysts to map and analyze existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate requirements into efficient RPA workflows. Additionally, you will monitor deployed bots, troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, conduct testing, and create detailed technical documentation for automation processes. To be successful in this role, you should have 5 to 7 years of experience in C#, VB.NET, or Python, with hands-on experience in UiPath or similar RPA platforms. You should possess the ability to analyze business processes, troubleshoot and optimize automation scripts, work effectively with cross-functional teams, and produce high-quality, secure, and well-documented code that adheres to fintech standards and best practices. An initial willingness to work in US Day shift for 2-3 months is required. Advanced UiPath Certifications, knowledge of AI/ML capabilities, and DevOps familiarity are considered added bonuses.
