UI Motion Graphic Artist

XSQUADS Tech Private Limited is a game development company committed to crafting immersive and visually captivating gaming experiences. We are currently seeking a skilled Motion Graphic Artist to design and produce captivating UI animations, VFX, and interactive motion graphics that enrich the player's journey. As a Motion Graphic Artist, your responsibilities will include designing and animating various UI elements such as menus, HUD, pop-ups, and interactive components to elevate player engagement. You will be tasked with creating seamless and dynamic UI transitions, effects, and interactions for menus, buttons, and screens. Additionally, developing 2D animated banners and promotional assets with motion graphics, implementing visual enhancements to elevate the appeal of UI components, and collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, game developers, and artists to seamlessly integrate animations into the game are key aspects of the role. Furthermore, optimizing UI animations for performance and responsiveness across different devices, leveraging AI-assisted tools and procedural animations to streamline workflows, and maintaining visual consistency and branding while exploring new animation styles are essential duties. Staying abreast of the latest trends in UI motion design, game interface animations, and VFX techniques is also crucial for this position. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a UI Motion Designer, UI Animator, or Motion Graphics Artist in the gaming or interactive media industry. Proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Spine 2D, Lottie, or similar motion graphics software is required, along with experience in UI animation within game engines like Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar platforms. A strong grasp of timing, easing, and animation principles for UI interactions, the ability to create 2D motion graphics, animated banners, and real-time UI effects, as well as familiarity with shader-based animations, particle effects, and procedural UI motion design are necessary skills. Effective collaboration and problem-solving abilities to work closely with designers and developers are also important qualities. Desirable skills for this role include experience with interactive UI prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or ProtoPie, an understanding of adaptive UI animations for mobile, tablet, and PC platforms, and a genuine passion for game UI design, animations, and crafting immersive user experiences.
