UI Lead/Frontend Architect

You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of user interface components, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. As the UI Tech Lead, your key responsibilities will include designing and developing scalable, responsive, and performant UI components. You will define and enforce UI coding standards, collaborate with UX designers, and work closely with product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions. Mentoring UI developers, conducting code reviews, and staying updated with the latest UI trends and technologies are crucial aspects of this role. Driving innovation and continuous improvement within the UI development process will also be a key focus. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent work experience. With at least 7 years of proven experience as a UI developer, you should have expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Proficiency in front-end frameworks like React is a must, while experience with Angular and Vue.js would be advantageous. A solid understanding of responsive web design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility is essential, along with experience leading UI developers in an agile environment. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines are also required. Knowledge of UI testing frameworks, UX design principles, and design tools would be beneficial, as well as the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.,
