UI Developers Enterprise Applications & Prototyping Softility Inc. Job Type: Full Time Locations: Hyderabad - India Required Skills : Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4 7 years of experience in front-end/UI development with a focus on enterprise-scale web applications. Proficiency in React (preferred), Angular, or Vue, along with state management tools like Redux, Context API, or NgRx. Strong understanding of responsive design, browser compatibility, and performance optimization. Experience creating and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Proficiency in working with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD for design-to-code translation. Preferred Qualifications : Exposure to component libraries and design systems (Material UI, Tailwind, Chakra UI). Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress). Creative thinker with the ability to ideate and propose user-friendly design and interaction patterns. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Agile development methodologies. Responsibilities : Front-End Development Build modern, scalable, and performant user interfaces using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and pixel-perfect front-end implementations. Develop and maintain component libraries and reusable UI elements aligned with design systems. Rapid Prototyping & Innovation Quickly create interactive prototypes and proof-of-concepts to explore new features, workflows, and UI patterns. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and users to validate ideas through experimentation. Contribute creative solutions to UI/UX challenges and continuously seek ways to improve user experience. Collaboration & Delivery Work closely with backend engineers and architects to integrate front-end layers with APIs and services. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure timely and quality delivery. Identify and resolve UI performance issues and ensure consistent behavior across browsers and devices.
