UI Developer (React/React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript)

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of UI developers (web & mobile) ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time execution.Own the UI architecture and technology roadmap, advocating for bestpractices in code structure, performance, and scalability.Develop responsive and high-performing UI components using ReactJS and React Native.Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs to power the frontend experiences.Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other frontend developers to bring designs to life.Optimize components for performance across a wide range of devices and browsers.Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, consistency, and best practices.Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving frontend issues efficiently.Work in an Agile team and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Ensure reusability and maintainability of code with modular design.Stay updated on emerging UI frameworks, tools, and trends, and introducethe relevant ones to improve development productivity and UX.Must-Have Skills & Experience5-7 years of professional experience in frontend development.Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and managing a team ofdevelopers.Proficient in ReactJS and React Native, with solid hands-on experience.Strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript.Deep understanding of API integration, JSON, and asynchronous data handling (Axios, Fetch).Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, and responsive designprinciples.Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Context APIExperience building cross-platform mobile applications.Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and version control workflows.Exposure to Agile development environments.Ability to guide architectural decisions and refactor large-scale applications.Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.Nice to HaveExposure to other modern frontend frameworks/libraries such as Vue.js, Angular, or Flutter.Experience working with design systems and reusable component libraries (e.g., Storybook, Bit).Basic understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).Familiarity with performance monitoring and error tracking tools (e.g., Sentry, Firebase Performance, New Relic).Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely) and data-driven feature rollout strategies.
