Job Title: Graphic Designer (UI Designer)
Experience: 1 to 4 Years in UI/UX Design

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer with expertise in UI/UX design, wireframing, and prototyping. The ideal candidate should have experience designing engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, staying updated with the latest UI trends, and demonstrating a strong sense of typography, alignment, and color schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to enhance user experience.
• Utilize Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch to craft visually appealing designs.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends for iOS and Android platforms.
• Ensure a strong visual hierarchy, typography, and layout alignment across all designs.
• Develop and maintain a strong design portfolio that showcases creativity and UI/UX skills.
• Provide graphical support for blogs, websites, and social media platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of grid-based layouts, responsive design, and UX best practices.
• Experience in prototyping, sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, and mockups.
• Knowledge of modern design patterns, UI trends, and digital technologies.
• Basic understanding of web technologies and mobile application guidelines.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, stakeholders, and business teams.
• Strong typography skills and the ability to optimize images for web and mobile apps.
• Working knowledge of interaction design and micro-interactions to enhance UI engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in designing complex solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Strong presentation and research skills.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
