Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer experienced in building scalable, consistent design systems using Figma. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Figma variables, token libraries, and component management to ensure design consistency across products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create, maintain, and optimize Figma design systems, including

  variables, token libraries

  and reusable components.

• Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to translate design concepts into functional interfaces.
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Build scalable design frameworks to support multiple themes, layouts, and devices.
• Conduct UI reviews and propose design improvements for better usability and aesthetics.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and practices in UI and design system management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Figma, including variables, token libraries, and auto-layouts.
• Strong understanding of Design Systems, Component Libraries, and Style Guides.
• Experience in working with Design Tokens for color, typography, spacing, and component states.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, Product).
• Excellent visual design sense with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tools like FigJam, Adobe XD, or Sketch is a plus.
