UI Automation tester

Key Skills

• Automation Tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
• Languages: Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Frameworks: TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber (BDD)
• Version Control: Git, Bitbucket
• Build & CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Maven, Gradle
• Test Management: JIRA, TestRail
• API Testing (Preferred): Postman, RestAssured
• Database Testing: SQL basics
• Browser/Device Testing: BrowserStack, Sauce Labs

Experience Requirements

• Design, build, and maintain UI automation frameworks
• Convert manual test cases into automated scripts
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile
• Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing
• Report and track bugs using tools like JIRA
• Review and optimize automation scripts
• Mentor junior testers and coordinate with developers
