UI Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Define scalable and maintainable UI architecture frameworks.
• Create high-level designs for complex web applications that adhere to industry standards.
• Deep understanding of Micro frontend Architecture and dynamic rendering.
• Understanding of storybook component is desirable.
• Good Knowledge of Webpack and Gulp or other bundling tools
• Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies.
• Work with tools like HTML5, CSS3, Less, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Foundation).
• Coordinate with product owners, UX designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to align UI strategies with business goals.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on UI best practices.
• Optimize UI performance across browsers and devices using tools like Lighthouse, WebPageTest, and Bundle Analyzer.
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG standards) and responsiveness for seamless user experiences.
• Enforce coding standards and best practices for UI development, including modularity and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Guide and mentor frontend developers to grow their technical skills.
• Provide architectural leadership and foster innovation within the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

Mandatory:

Good to Have:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in UI development with at least 3-5 years in an architectural role.
• Previous experience leading frontend teams or driving large-scale UI projects is a plus.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Design Systems (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design) and component libraries (Chakra UI, PrimeReact).
• Expertise in UI state management tools: Redux, MobX, Context API, Recoil, Zustand, and RxJS.
• Familiarity with Docker for the containerization of applications.
• Experience with Kubernetes for the orchestration of containerized applications, ensuring efficient deployment and scaling

• Tools & Platforms:

• Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket
• CI/CD Pipelines: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines
• Testing Tools: Jest, Cypress, Mocha & Chai, Playwright, React Testing Library
• Performance Monitoring: Lighthouse, Web Vitals, Sentry, Dynatrace
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• API Integration: Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and WebSockets.
• Build Tools: Webpack, Vite, Parcel, Rollup

• Soft Skills:
