Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager – Quality to lead and manage the quality assurance and quality control functions for our UHPC project operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete technology, QA/QC processes, standards compliance, and a proven ability to implement best practices in large-scale construction or RMC environments. This role is based in Mumbai, but the candidate will oversee multiple projects or plant locations across India. Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for UHPC quality. Monitor and evaluate the performance of UHPC in production, transportation, and placement to ensure adherence to specifications and regulatory standards. Ensure compliance with BIS/IS standards, ASTM, ACI, MORTH, and other relevant quality norms. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality-related issues. Coordinate with production, R&D, site execution, and procurement teams for material approvals and UHPC mix designs. Supervise the project site UHPC laboratories and ensure calibration of testing equipment and competency of lab staff. Review and approve UHPC mix designs based on project requirements and environmental conditions. Conduct audits at batching plants and project sites to ensure continuous quality improvements. Interface with clients, consultants, and third-party agencies regarding quality control matters and inspections. Train and mentor junior quality engineers and lab technicians to maintain high-quality standards across operations.
