Role Objective :

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships & JVs :

• Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic collaborations and joint ventures with national and international partners (infrastructure developers, construction companies, technology providers, and OEMs).
• Structure partnership frameworks including commercial terms, technology sharing, and governance models.
• Support negotiations, due diligence, and documentation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive strategic alliances to scale UHPC’s offerings in the construction, infrastructure sectors and precast.

Business Development & Growth Enablement:

• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies (e.g., DFCCIL, MORTH, Metro Rail) and large corporates.
• Work closely with marketing and BD teams to identify high-impact opportunities for collaboration-driven growth.
• Support the expansion of new business verticals such as Precast Components and Retail/DIY Solutions.

Representation & Networking:

• Represent UHPC India at industry forums, conferences, and public platforms to position the company as a thought leader in advanced concrete/ composite technologies.
• Engage with trade associations to promote UHPC applications and influence sectoral adoption.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Contribute to long-term strategic planning and investment decisions for UHPC India.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams for seamless execution of JV and alliance agreements.

Monitor post-agreement performance and ensure value realization from partnerships.

Candidate Profile

Experience:

Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure, construction materials, precast, or allied sectors.

Proven track record in driving partnerships, joint ventures, or strategic alliances.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or Business Management.

MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Deep understanding of the infrastructure and construction ecosystem in India.

Strong networking ability with government bodies, large corporates, and industry associations.

Excellent negotiation and deal structuring skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset — ability to work independently, build relationships, and deliver outcomes.

Strong communication and presentation abilities for high-level stakeholder engagement.
