Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Outreach : Identify and reach out to potential UCO sources such as restaurants, hotels, and food manufacturers. Focus on meeting and exceeding sourcing targets while building a strong sales pipeline. Client Engagement & Needs Analysis : Engage in discovery calls to understand client needs and effectively communicate the company's value proposition. Build strong relationships with clients to secure long-term UCO supply partnerships. Sales Process & Negotiation : Support in negotiating contracts and manage the sales process from qualification to closure. Close contracts with clients for long-term UCO supply and ensure repeat business. Compliance & Coordination : Ensure that all sourcing activities comply with industry standards and FSSAI regulations under the RUCO initiative. Coordinate with the operations team for the timely and efficient collection of UCO. Record Keeping & Sales Strategy : Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and communicate findings to the team for strategy refinement. Collaborate with the team to adjust sales strategies based on market feedback. Continuous Learning : Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry trends and refine sales techniques. Candidate Profile: Skills in Sales & Business Development : Proven track record in sales, lead generation, and account management. Strong communication and negotiation abilities to handle client interactions effectively. Proactive & Self-Motivated : A self-driven and proactive approach to achieving sales targets. Passion for sustainability and driving eco-friendly initiatives. Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
