We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of mechanical products to chemical/ Oil & Gas Sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals in the industrial or mechanical products sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories. Promote and sell mechanical products (e.g., blowers, pumps, compressors, HVAC systems, valves, fittings, reactors, heat exchangers etc.) to chemical / Oil & Gas Sector on pan India basis. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth order execution. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports for management. Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network and generate leads. Stay up to date with industry trends, product developments, and competitors. Requirements and skills Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, with MBA in Oil & Gas preferred or MBA in Marketing. Age group between 30-40 years. Proven 4-5 years of sales experience in equipment sales or mechanical /industrial products in chemical processing/ Oil & Gas sector. Strong technical understanding of mechanical components and systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Skills: Mumbai based candidates preferred. Existing network in relevant industry sectors. Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.

Role & responsibilities Prepared and submitted tenders on the GEM and equivalent refineries portal, ensuring compliance with government norms and deadlines. Reviewed tender documents to ensure all required documents and specifications were accurate before submission. Managed the tender process for submissions, including document preparation, bid submission, and bidder clarifications. Monitored for new opportunities, updated the team on deadlines, and tracked ongoing bids. Submitted bids and uploaded necessary technical and financial documents through the portal. Tender Submission within deadlines and forecasting monthly. Maintained and updated the internal tender database for easy access to tender information. Effectively resolving customer issues and inquiries promptly. Effectively making and managing documentation for customers. Knowledge of Quotations, Purchase orders, Invoices, Delivery Challan, E-way bill, etc Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate (B.com preferred) Knowledge Proficiency in Excel and related technology. Knowledge of Tally. Proficiency in written and verbal communication. Must have 5-8 years experience in tendering process.
