Job Description

Accurately type letters, agreements, legal documents, notices, and internal communication.
Draft and format sale deeds, lease agreements, booking forms, MoUs, and other property-related documents.
Transcribe handwritten drafts or verbal instructions into professional documents.
Maintain digital and physical records of all typed documents in an organized manner.
Liaise with sales, CRM, and legal teams for document preparation and review.
Ensure error-free formatting, grammar, and presentation of documents.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Support administrative duties such as scanning, printing, filing, and data entry.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in typing or document preparation.
Strong command over English (and Marathi/Hindi if applicable).
Typing speed of at least 30–50 WPM with high accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Familiarity with real estate terminology and basic legal formatting is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
