We are a reputed law firm seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Typist proficient in English and Marathi typing. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in legal documentation, formatting petitions, affidavits, notices, and other court-related paperwork. Key Responsibilities: Accurate and fast typing of legal documents in both English and Marathi. Transcribe handwritten drafts into well-formatted digital documents. Prepare court documents, agreements, and client correspondence. Maintain proper filing and documentation as per legal standards. Work closely with advocates to ensure timely and precise document delivery. Candidate Requirements: Typing Speed: Minimum 40 WPM in English and 30 WPM in Marathi (or equivalent proficiency). Experience: Prior experience in a lawyer’s office or legal documentation preferred. Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, and Marathi typing software (e.g., Baraha, Shivaji, or Inscript). Understanding of legal terminology will be an added advantage. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Preferred Qualities: Familiarity with formatting for courts in Maharashtra. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Honest, reliable, and professional demeanor.
