Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Type and format legal documents, sale agreements, letters, and internal reports.
  • Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems.
  • Ensure documents are error-free and comply with company standards.
  • Assist in preparing forms, agreements, and customer communications.
  • Perform data entry work and maintain client or project databases.
  • Coordinate with legal and sales teams for document finalization.
  • Handle confidential documents with care and discretion.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Fast and accurate typing skills in both English & Tamil language
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and basic formatting tools.
  • Familiarity with legal/real estate documentation is a plus.
  • Good communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Graduate or Diploma in any field.
  • 13 years of experience in typing or data entry.
  • Experience in real estate/legal office preferred.
