Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain
automated test scripts
using
TypeScript
.
Build and extend
automation frameworks
for UI and API testing (e.g., using
Playwright
,
Cypress
, or
WebdriverIO
).
Create and maintain
test plans, test cases
, and
test data
.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
Perform
debugging and root cause analysis
of test failures and work with developers to resolve issues.
Ensure test coverage, traceability, and adherence to QA best practices.
Report defects and document test execution results.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in
TypeScript
and modern JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with
test automation frameworks
such as:
Playwright
,
Cypress
,
WebdriverIO
, or
TestCafe
Experience in
API testing
(e.g., using Postman, Supertest, or REST-assured).
Familiarity with
CI/CD tools
and integrating automated tests into pipelines.
Solid understanding of
testing principles
unit, integration, regression, performance testing.
Experience with
Git
, issue tracking (e.g., Jira), and test case management tools (e.g., TestRail).
Knowledge of browser developer tools, DOM structure, and web debugging.
