Responsibilities: Conduct focused tutoring sessions for the student, covering key concepts and topics in Accounts for the 12th grade curriculum. Develop customized lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to the students learning needs and academic goals. Provide clear explanations, demonstrate problem-solving techniques, and offer practical examples to help the student understand complex accounting principles. Assist the student with homework assignments, practice problems, and exam preparation to ensure comprehension and mastery of the subject. Assess the students progress regularly through quizzes, tests, and evaluations, and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment that promotes active participation and critical thinking. Communicate effectively with the student to identify areas of difficulty and tailor instruction accordingly. Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience as a Tutor or Teacher, preferably with high school students. Strong proficiency in Accounts with a thorough understanding of 12th-grade curriculum requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate the students learning style and pace. Reliable and punctual.
