Full Time
Set up and operate CNC turning machines.
Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters.
Perform dimensional checks using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, etc.).
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
Maintain production records and ensure timely completion of jobs.
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade.
Minimum 23 years of experience in CNC turning operations.
Knowledge of G-code programming (for CNC operators).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Familiarity with quality inspection tools and techniques.
Basic understanding of safety practices in machine shop.
