Tufting Machine Operator

Is responsible for ensuring that floor mats meet defined quality standards and customer expectations throughout the production process.

key Responsibilities

• Machine Setup and Operation:
• Set up machines according to specific production requirements.
• Load raw materials (e.g., PVC compound) and other necessary components into the machines.
• Operate the machinery, ensuring it functions correctly and efficiently.
• Monitor the production process and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform regular inspections and use measurement tools to verify product dimensions.
• Identify and segregate any defective or non-conforming materials.
• Diagnose and resolve issues or malfunctions with the machinery to minimize downtime.
• Perform minor adjustments to machine settings (e.g., temperature, speed, pressure) to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating the machines, to keep them in good working order.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment around the machinery.
• Complete production reports and accurately document machine performance, output, and quality metrics.
• Keep records of raw material consumption and production data.

Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Ability to understand and operate PVC Tufting machinery. Problem-Solving Skills:* Aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or process issues.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to monitoring and ensuring product quality and consistency.
• Safety Awareness: A strong commitment to following safety procedures to prevent accidents.
• Basic Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is often required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
