A dynamic Plant HR role where you connect people and performance on the shopfloor. Drive strategic HR initiatives while staying rooted in day-to-day operations—shaping workforce culture, enhancing productivity, and making a tangible difference at the core of tube manufacturing. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on HR Business Partner who can effectively manage a hybrid HR role—balancing 70% Plant HR responsibilities with 30% Corporate HR exposure . This position plays a crucial role in aligning shop floor HR operations with strategic corporate initiatives, ensuring both compliance and employee-centric outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Plant HR (70%) Manage end-to-end plant HR operations including union handling , grievance management, and employee discipline Oversee contract labour management , including coordination with manpower vendors and adherence to statutory obligations Ensure accurate time office operations , attendance tracking, and leave management systems Serve as the key HR contact for shop floor employees, ensuring a strong pulse on ground-level concerns and engagement Drive compliance with labour laws , Factory Act provisions , and other statutory norms relevant to the manufacturing setup Corporate HR (30%) Support and execute recruitment activities , from sourcing to on-boarding, in coordination with the central HR team Assist in performance management cycles , including goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a productive and motivated workforce Maintain and update HRIS systems , ensuring data accuracy and real-time reporting for HR dashboards and metrics Candidate Profile: Experience: 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, primarily in a plant/manufacturing environment Qualification: MBA/MA/MSW HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of labour laws , industrial relations , factory compliance , and shopfloor HR dynamics Exposure: Prior involvement in corporate HR processes such as recruitment, engagement, and performance management Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and a high degree of empathy and resilience
