Job Location - Kolkata Role Objective: To drive delegate nominations, award applications, institutional partnerships, and sponsorship closures for AEC.. The candidate will play a key role in lead generation, lead conversion, giving high-impact presentations, and maintaining relationship-driven follow-ups. Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. MBA or postgrad diploma preferred (not mandatory if skillset matches). Preferred Experience: 2–5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, education marketing, event sales, or institutional outreach. Prior experience in EdTech, education services, or high-value event sponsorship sales is a plus. Preferably the candidate must good networking with educational institutions.
