Role Objective:

To drive delegate nominations, award applications, institutional partnerships, and sponsorship closures for AEC.. The candidate will play a key role in lead generation, lead conversion, giving high-impact presentations, and maintaining relationship-driven follow-ups.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • MBA or postgrad diploma preferred (not mandatory if skillset matches).

Preferred Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, education marketing, event sales, or institutional outreach.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, education services, or high-value event sponsorship sales is a plus.
  • Preferably the candidate must good networking with educational institutions.

Required Skills :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle C-suite clients
  • Miscrosoft office sound - with good presentation skills
  • Social media savvy - Linkedin (is a plus)
  • Target driven
  • problem solving skills

Job Description:

We’re looking for a confident and well-spoken sales professional to handle high-value clients and partnerships across 20+ countries. This role involves selling premium offerings to senior educators, institutional heads, and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell international degree, speakership opportunities, sponsorships, and delegate packages for international university event
  • Conduct virtual meetings and presentations with prospective clients
  • Manage and grow relationships with institutions, schools, and businesses to garner sponsorships
  • Cater to leads promptly and effectively
  • Close deals and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain CRM records and reporting

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, client servicing, or consultative selling
  • Must have excellent spoken and written English
  • Confident in giving virtual presentations and handling international clients
  • Experience in high- ticket sales is preferred
  • Professional, target-oriented, and strong in relationship-building
  • Should be comfortable working with global clients during standard working hours (no night shifts)
