TSA Day Shift.... Inbound Tech

As a part of Adeeba e-Services, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers in the UK/US shift. Your role will involve diagnosing the problems efficiently and suggesting the most suitable technical support plan, including relevant software. Moreover, you will also be expected to promote and sell technical support plans to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound calls from customers facing printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnose technical problems effectively - Recommend appropriate technical support plans and software to customers - Sell technical support plans to customers Qualification Required: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound tech support - Proficiency in closing calls independently - Strong convincing and sales skills In addition to the challenging role, Adeeba e-Services offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs.12,000 to Rs.22,000 per month along with lucrative incentives. The work schedule includes UK/US shifts for 6 days a week.
