TSA Day Shift.... Inbound Tech

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers in the UK/US Shift for the Inbound Tech Support Process. Your main tasks will involve diagnosing the problems, recommending appropriate solutions, and selling technical support plans and software to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Take inbound calls and assist customers with technical issues - Diagnose problems efficiently and recommend suitable solutions - Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers - Close calls effectively and meet sales targets - Work in the UK/US Shift for 6 days a week Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Outbound Tech Support - Proficiency in closing calls and strong sales skills - Academic Qualification of at least 10+2/10+3 years Diploma pass or Graduates Please note that the company offers a fixed salary range of Rs. 12,000-22,000 per month along with generous incentives, benefits such as fixed salary credited on the 1st of every month, 24 leaves in a year including comp offs and birthday leaves.
