Job Description

You will be joining NTT DATA as a Technical Services Implementation Engineer (L2), where you will be responsible for ensuring that client solution requirements are met in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA). Your role will involve performing configurations, executing installations, and addressing break/fix incidents. - Own larger portions of installations and handle break/fix incidents at a low to medium level of complexity. - Take ownership of problem resolution and troubleshooting tasks. - Respond to escalated client requests and provide support for client applications up to a first line resolution. - Escalate complex issues to relevant third parties. - Assist in documenting standard operating procedures related to installations and fixes. - Manage project administration and conduct elementary presentations within the customer's organization. - Possibly engage in periodic telephonic duty on the technical service desk, offering second-line telephonic support to customers. - Take responsibility for relevant technologies based on domain or specialization. - Perform any other tasks as necessary. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology Degree or equivalent, coupled with specialized training in new technologies and legacy systems or equivalent.
