Truthmining Investigation and Allied Services, is seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller with at least 6 months of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders for the purpose of verifying claims details. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct outbound calls to policyholders, hospitals, and insurance companies to verify claim-related information. - Collect accurate and detailed information to support the claims investigation process. - Maintain clear and professional communication to build rapport and ensure cooperation. - Document call details, responses, and follow-up actions in the company database/system. - Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues to senior investigators or supervisors. **Required Qualifications and Skills:** - Minimum 6 months of telecalling experience, preferably in insurance, TPA, or claims-related fields. - Good communication skills in English and local languages as applicable. - Ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently follow up. - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. - Basic computer skills to manage databases and record calls. - Ability to work in a target-driven environment. - Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu or any other south Indian language is mandatory **Preferred:** - Prior experience in insurance claims verification or related third-party services. - Knowledge of claim settlement processes and documentation. **Work Location:** S.R Nagar, Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
