As a Trusts & Estates Professional - Specialist within the Global Trusts & Estates Practice, you will be a strategic thinker, passionate about promoting solutions. You will be part of a team with over 200 years of experience in serving as a corporate fiduciary for families. Your role will involve assisting the Trusts & Estates team in the US with various tasks in the account management process. This is an opportunity to apply your technical experience and ability to interact well with a variety of types of families and team members, delivering exceptional results. Annotate trust governing documents to identify key parties, powers, and provisions. Perform QA/QC on account codings to ensure trusts are accurately coded and maintained. Obtain current market valuations for assets held in trusts from both internal and external sources to ensure accurate valuation of client assets. Update tax codes as necessary to ensure accurate preparation of tax returns. Obtain missing tax information and provide it to the tax vendor. Review internal and external money movements and update transaction descriptions for clarity, with input from the US-based team. Research returned mail and process address changes as needed. Set up and update JP Morgan online access for clients as required. Set up and maintain client statement addresses to ensure accurate delivery. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Bachelors degree required, legal degree. - Minimum 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry. - Exposure to various aspects of managing client information. - Previous experience in the Trusts & Estates space. - Experience and interest in working with data and systems. - Understanding of how various components of data work together. - Ability to interpret and translate information from emails and documents into data.,
