Job Title: Customer Experience Executive – Travel Job Description: We are seeking a Customer Experience Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer relations, hospitality, or the travel industry. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for travelers, ensuring smooth communication and support at every stage of their journey. From pre-trip preparations to on-trip assistance and post-trip engagement, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable travel experiences and building long-term customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for travelers, handling queries and resolving issues before, during, and after trips. Conduct pre-trip briefing calls and post-trip feedback sessions to ensure a seamless traveler experience. Strengthen relationships with customers through thoughtful engagement strategies and personalized communication. Reconnect with past travelers and nurture long-term loyalty. Represent the brand as a public-facing ambassador , ensuring a positive and consistent image. Collaborate with internal teams to design community engagement campaigns and customer experience initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience in customer relations, guest relations, PR, or travel/hospitality industry. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Communications, Marketing, or related field . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations empathetically. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proactive, solution-driven, and passionate about creating exceptional travel experiences. Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus). Compensation & Benefits: Annual CTC: ₹4.2 – ₹6 L (depending on experience & skillset). Performance Bonus: Up to ₹1 L annually, based on customer satisfaction, repeat traveler engagement, and PR initiatives. Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions to achieve high conversion rates. Foster lasting relationships with clients, encouraging repeat travel and referrals. Collaborate with the team to develop creative outreach and engagement strategies. Research new destinations, accommodations, local experiences, and vendors to enhance our offerings. Qualifications & Skills Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline. Prior experience in sales (preferably in the travel industry) is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with people. Strong sense of initiative, resilience, and ability to handle objections professionally. Knowledge of travel trends and destinations is a strong plus. Candidates must be based in Pune.
