Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Trip Leader located in Bangalore. The Trip Leader will be responsible for planning and leading outdoor recreation activities, managing group dynamics, ensuring participant safety, and delivering exceptional experiences. Additional responsibilities include guiding participants on outdoor expeditions, providing necessary instructions, and addressing any issues promptly during trips.

Qualifications

• Background in Recreation or Outdoor Recreation.
• Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead groups
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with participants effectively
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and handle physically demanding activities
• Knowledge of safety protocols and first aid training is mandatory
• Fluency in Kannada is a must.
