Key Responsibilities: Strong proficiency in Catia V5/V6 for 3D modeling and 2D drawing creation. Should have completed at least 23 full-cycle NPD projects , preferably in automotive interiors. Hands-on experience in the design and development of IP (Instrument Panel), Console, Door Trims, and other Interior/Trim Parts . Solid understanding of product design, manufacturing processes , and DFM/DFA principles . In-depth knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) with practical experience in applying it to 2D/3D drawings. Ability to independently handle parts, sub-systems, and interior commodities . Experience in creating parts that meet design rules, regulatory requirements, and OEM standards . Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers. Should be a team player or team lead , flexible to adapt to different project streams as per dynamic requirements. Should be able to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment . Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with global teams and customers. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or related field. Automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier experience preferred.
