Identifying places where talent can be targeted and selected from. Looking after for the complete onboarding process of selected candidates post the roll out of the offer. Planning of the induction process along with the other facilities for the joining of the member. Efficient Turnaround Time (TAT) required from requirement shared till the closure of profile. SKILLS REQUIRED: Proven working experience in the HR field. Graduation is a mandate. MBA in HR is preferable. Solid knowledge of hiring tools and websites like Naukri, LinkedIn etc. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Must possess a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice; Great interpersonal and communication skills; Hands-on experience in industry-specific recruitment In-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing for active and passive candidates Proven success in previous positions
