About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Architecture

• Design end-to-end Microsoft 365 architecture including

  Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Security/Compliance features

  .
• Define governance, adoption, and lifecycle management strategies for O365 applications.
• Architect solutions integrating Microsoft 365 with

  Azure AD, third-party SaaS,and on-premises systems

  .

Automation & Optimization

• Develop and optimize automation using

  Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell

  to streamline operations.
• Establish frameworks for monitoring, performance tuning, and proactive capacity planning.
• Define backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies for O365 workloads.

Security, Compliance & Governance

• Architect and implement compliance solutions including

  eDiscovery, retention policies, DLP, and audit controls

  .
• Design advanced security models leveraging

  Azure AD Conditional Access, MFA, and Microsoft Defender

  .
• Ensure alignment with compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) and support regular audits.

Integration & Collaboration

• Lead the integration of Office 365 with enterprise applications and workflows.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to align M365 solutions with organizational goals.
• Drive user adoption through structured rollout plans, training, and change management strategies.

Leadership & Advisory

• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to administrators and support teams.
• Act as a subject-matter expert, advising stakeholders on best practices and emerging O365 capabilities.
• Develop technical documentation, solution blueprints, and roadmaps for cloud productivity.

What Youll Need

• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture

  (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Security & Compliance).
• Strong experience with

  Azure AD, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)

  .
• In-depth understanding of

  networking, DNS, email routing (SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

  .
• Experience designing solutions with

  cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)

  is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and data protection standards.
• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 35 years in O365/M365 design and architecture.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
