12 trials of Okra in every Summer & Kharif while 3 trials of Chilli in Kharif / Rabi will have to be conducted in and around Guntur under farmers field with the responsibilities mentioned below:
Sowing/transplanting of trials as per layout.
Maintenance of crops by following good agronomic practices.
Data recording at critical stages of the crop.
Picking data recording in hybrid/yield trials.
Selfing & crossing activities in breeding nursery.
Timely communication/reporting with superior.
