Job Title : Senior Software Engineer Experience : 4-6 Years Location : Panaji, Goa Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in modern software development frameworks, cloud technologies, and database management. This role requires a strong understanding of backend development, API integration, and scalable software solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable and high-performance software applications. Design and implement robust, secure, and efficient APIs using Django/Flask. Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-oriented software solutions. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment. Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance system performance. Maintain version control and collaboration workflows using Git. Deploy and manage cloud-based applications on AWS/Azure. Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies for software development. Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in Django and Flask. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases. Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Knowledge of Git version control and collaborative coding practices. Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
