Treasury Ops Fixed Income Senior Officer - C10

The Treasury Ops: Fixed Income Senior Officer role is an intermediate position where you will be responsible for processing orders and transactions from Markets treasury and trading desks in coordination with the broader Operations team. Your main objective will be to facilitate the clearing, settlement, and reconciliation of fixed income and money market securities transactions. As a part of the Fixed Income and Money Market Ops team within Treasury operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the clearing and settlement of FI / MM transactions executed by the Markets treasury or trading desks. Your responsibilities will include identifying and resolving reconciliation breaks, making process improvement recommendations to leadership, analyzing reports to meet management requirements, aiding in control activities, and contributing to the launch of product services. You will also monitor and suggest solutions to errors to minimize risks to the bank, escalate transaction processing issues to the appropriate department, collaborate on solutions, design and analyze reports, assist with control activities, and ensure processes adhere to audit and control policies. To be successful in this role, you should have 4-6 years of relevant experience, a fundamental understanding of Treasury products, accounting, and regulatory policies, proven ability to handle various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrated knowledge of macros. A Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance is required.
