Treasury Middle Office

You will be responsible for independently managing the Treasury Middle Office function at Wipro Enterprises. Your key responsibilities will include: - Tracking treasury workflow and exposure to ensure Treasury policies are adhered to and analyzing treasury performance. - Tracking operating processes to ensure compliance and controls. - Highlighting management about any breach in policies and taking timely corrective actions. - Continuously evaluating Treasury Policy to propose changes to match best practices. - Computing Treasury returns and presenting quarterly reports to management. - Managing the Banking and Borrowing requirements for the group (including subsidiaries). - Ensuring funds are available for business as and when required. - Negotiating lines with banks (commercials, covenants, and documentation). - Optimizing the cost of borrowing and ensuring the efficiency of banking operations. - Demonstrating a working knowledge of trade finance products and ICC guidelines like UCP, URDG, ISP, UCC, URC. - Issuing LC, presentation, and negotiation internal to Wipro. - Understanding bank guarantee and standby letter of credit. - Evaluating & implementing two new IT systems like IBS Fintech to reduce manual workload and enhance process and system efficiency. - Working closely with business and fintech partners to implement supplier and Dealer financing solutions (supply chain financing solutions). - Interacting with external rating agencies. Qualifications Required: - CA / MBA in Finance. - Minimum 3-4 years" experience in the treasury team.,
