We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Hedge Accounting Analyst to join our team in Chennai and Noida. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in hedge accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work with large datasets.

Roles and Responsibility

Monitor and report on segmental P&L, including head office and statutory accounts.
Manage model management for bespoke hedge accounting activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions.
Analyze trading performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated approach to trading activities.
Provide timely and high-quality support to senior colleagues and external auditors.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of hedge accounting principles and practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze complex financial data and identify trends and insights.
Experience working with large datasets and performing detailed analysis.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
A degree (or higher) from a top-tier university is required.
Fully qualified accountant.
CFA or master's in finance/financial engineering is advantageous.
Articleship or industrial trainee in mid to large-sized firms.
Audit exposure in large financial institutions/banks is preferred.
