The ideal candidate for this position should have experience working in a reputable Travel Agency or Airline ticketing office. It is essential to possess knowledge of at least one GDS system such as Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with Airport ground handling procedures, basic travel terminology, and travel geography. Understanding foreign currency exchange procedures and cargo handling is also required for this role. Moreover, the candidate should have a good understanding of various organizations related to the Travel industry. Previous experience in providing relevant travel training would be an added advantage.,
