Travel Tele Calling Executive

Job Summary : We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating sales, customer leads, or feedback for our company. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, introducing products or services, answering inquiries, and guiding customers through the purchase or information process. The ideal candidate should be able to make and receive calls, communicate clearly, and convert inquiries into positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to potential customers for sales or product promotion. Answer incoming calls from customers for queries, complaints, or requests. Provide product or service information and explain features and benefits. Maintain accurate records of all conversations and transactions with customers. Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets. Follow up on leads and close sales effectively. Conduct customer surveys and feedback collection. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with team members to improve customer engagement and satisfaction. Update CRM systems with the latest information on customer interactions. Qualifications and Skills : High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Proficiency in relevant computer applications, CRM software, and MS Office. Good negotiation and sales skills. Ability to work independently or in a team setting. Preferred Qualities : Self-motivated and result-oriented. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Fluency in English, Kannada and Hindi.
