Job Title: International Travel Sales Consultant (English & Spanish Speaking)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced International Travel Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel sales, exceptional customer service skills, and fluency in both English and Spanish. You will be responsible for managing international client accounts, crafting customized travel itineraries, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell international travel packages, tours, and related services to clients worldwide.
• Communicate fluently in English and Spanish with customers across diverse regions.
• Understand client preferences and create tailor-made travel itineraries and quotes.
• Manage the entire sales cycle — from inquiry to booking confirmation and after-sales support.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of destinations, airline routes, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat and referral clients.
• Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and hotels to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
• Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum six months–1 years of experience in international travel sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones when required.
